Frequently Asked Questions on HAARP

There are many questions asked about HAARP but does the government give the correct answers.  Why are no visitors allowed to this research facility? Should people in Alaska be warned about when transmitting frequencies are being sent?  Maybe the research facility is lying to the public or not releasing enough information.

Angels Don't Play This HAARP

"HAARP will zap the upper atmosphere with a focused and steerable electromagnetic beam. It is an advanced model of an "ionospheric heater." (The ionosphere is the electrically-charged sphere surrounding Earth's upper atmosphere.
